Course Name: SolidWorks 2007 - Essentials

Description: This course is designed to introduce the novice CAD user to SolidWorks, and teach the new user the basics of 3D parametric CAD design and how to get the job done using SolidWorks. By the end of this 4-day introduction, you will be familiar with all of the basic functions of SolidWorks that make this software package so popular.

Essentials covers many basic topics such as:

PreRequisite: Students should have a basic knowledge of the MS Windows environment, and must complete the first 3 lessons of the SolidWorks Online Tutorial prior to attending class. (The SolidWorks online tutorial can be found under the Help menu in the SolidWorks environment.)
