Dimension Maintenance

 
Cimquest’s goal is to provide our customers with the best support possible in order to make them more productive and profitable with the systems and software that we provide.

Support response time depends upon your support level. Please refer to the chart below for the various plans that are available. Value-Added Service

 
If your Dimension 3D Printer is “down”, Cimquest will build your parts and ship them directly to you. Basic Level customers will be billed for 50% off of Cimquest’s normal service rate and the part (s) will be built subject to availability of our machines. Premier Level customers will be billed for just the cost of materials used, subject to the availability of our machines, on a priority basis.

Premier level includes Two (2) half day preventative maintenance visits per year.
Basic level - does not include any preventative visits.

 
The Benefits of the Dimension Maintenance Program

 
If your machine is “down” Cimquest will build parts for you.

Telephone support for diagnosing potential Dimension problems, including both Dimension hardware and software problem diagnosis and attempted resolution. Telephone support hours are between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:30 P.M. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

One free copy of all Dimension software releases made available during the maintenance agreement coverage period, including backend system controller software.

Free exchange of replacement parts for Dimension hardware.
