AUTOMATIC UPGRADES, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, AND VALUE-ADDED RESOURCES

All Cimquest customers are entitled to receive technical support at no charge. This support is non-priority and therefore does not guarantee a response time. Subscription Service increases the Basic Support terms by providing a 4 hour response time. In addition, Cimquest offers enhanced Subscription Service that provides a higher level of support, such as a 1 hour response time and 2 days of on-site consultations.

Mastercam Subscription Service Information
The Mastercam Subscription Service Program is a software delivery plan designed to provide you with the most up-to-date enhancements, the latest software tools, and the best new features. Click Here For More Details In addition, it provides you with:

Comprehensive Technical Support: All Cimquest customers are entitled to receive Basic technical support at no charge for one year. This support is non-priority and therefore does not guarantee a response time. Subscription Service increases the Basic Support terms by providing a 4 hour response time. In addition, Cimquest offers enhanced Subscription Service that provides a higher level of support, such as a 1 hour response time and 2 days of on-site consultations.

Major Releases: Subscription Service customers will automatically receive any major version releases that occur with in their one-year Subscription Service period – and at no additional charge. Also, the software is marked for special handling to help ensure that Subscription Service customers receive their software first.  

Enhancements: These include new options and additions (in the past, these were made available in the form of “Point” releases) to existing Mastercam features, and are available only to Mastercam Subscription Service customers. New enhancements will be made available several times a year.

Future Functionality: You'll have early access to any brand new features which are pre-released to Subscription Service customers only – thereby providing you with a competitive edge. Non-Subscription Service customers will have to wait until the next major release of software in order to enjoy these same benefits.

Function-Specific Documentation: New and enhanced functions are accompanied by digital documentation to help you get up to speed quickly.

Mastercam-Supplied Add-ons: These specialized tools are created by CNC Software and "plug-in" to Mastercam, supplying unique tools for specific work. Specific and updated add-ons are available only to Mastercam Subscription Service customers.

Cost Savings: In many cases, the cost of adding Subscription Service is actually LESS than that of simply purchasing the software updates for a major version release.  Since Subscription Service also includes all of the interim software enhancements AND priority-level technical support as well – who wouldn’t want all of the value-added benefits that Subscription Service has to offer?
